At IPTV Free Trial, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. Because we offer a completely free, no-obligation 24-hour trial to test our service prior to purchasing, we generally do not offer refunds once a paid subscription has been activated and delivered.

2. The Purpose of the Free Trial

We highly recommend that all new customers request our 24-hour free trial before purchasing a subscription. This trial allows you to:

• Verify the quality of your internet connection with our servers.
• Check if your favorite channels and VODs are available and working.

3. Exceptions for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances, within 7 days of the original purchase date:

• If the service is completely inaccessible for a continuous period of 48 hours or more due to a server outage on our end.
• If you were incorrectly charged (e.g., billed twice for the same subscription).

Note: Refunds will not be issued for issues related to your personal internet speed, device incompatibility (if you did not use the trial first), or occasional buffering, which is inherent to all IPTV services.

5. Cancellations

Our service is prepaid for the duration selected (1 month, 3 months, etc.). Subscriptions do not automatically renew. Therefore, you do not need to "cancel" a subscription; it will simply expire at the end of the term if you do not manually purchase a renewal.
